Pack Events
In addition to its regular Pack meetings, the Pack plans additional activities regularly throughout the year. These outings enable each Scout to enhance their learning experience and to utilize and enjoy the rewards of the previous skills they have learned.
Blue & Gold
Cub Scouting’s birthday party—for all pack members and their families— takes place in February. The entire pack shares a meal and celebrates another year of Scouting fun and accomplishments.
Pinewood Derby
Scouts build and race model cars. Kids get to express their creativity, participate in friendly competition, and explore STEM principles. (Check out this great story & video from a NASA engineer and Scout dad on using science to build the fastest car.)
Fishing
During our annual fishing derby, our Scouts get to experience the tranquility of nature and practice patience and master new skills. We also reinforce being safe around water.
Fundraising
Our Scouts participate in two fundraising events each year. These are great opportunities to raise money to pay for outings and equipment. But they're really opportunities for Scouts to practice public speaking and learn the value of working hard for the things they want to do.
